Bagster Saving Hacks & Tips
Held way more than I thought
I had this Bagster sitting in the driveway and thought it was gonna be packed after like one closet cleanout. Nope. I kept tossing stuff in, old junk, random garage things, and it just kept taking it. I actually called my brother and told him to get one before his cleanup this weekend.
Pickup Missed the Day
I had my Bagster all filled up and ready to go, then the pickup just didn’t happen on the scheduled day. So there it sat, looking like a giant reminder in my driveway while I had to go back in and reschedule. I like the idea of Bagster, I really do, but c’mon… don’t leave me babysitting the thing
Placement was more hassle than I expected
I had some trees and wires near my curb, so I kept second guessing where to put the Bagster. I ended up moving stuff around and kind of stressing over it way more than I wanted. They did pick it up, but after all that, I don’t think I’d bother using it again
Felt dumb after checking prices
After I used Bagster, I looked up a small local dumpster just out of curiosity and just sat there staring at the prices like... really? It would’ve only been a little more, maybe not even enough to matter. Bagster was easy, yeah, but I felt foolish for assuming it was the cheaper choice. Next time I’m definitely checking first
Watch the fill line
I had the Bagster mostly packed and then noticed it was a little over the edge, so I just stood there like… wait, are they seriously not gonna take this now? Had to start pulling stuff back out, which made the bag feel way smaller than I expected. Maybe I missed the fine print, but that part felt kinda sketchy.
Way easier than I expected
I used the Bagster to clear out a small room, and I kinda stood there after like, wait… that’s it? It was so much easier than renting a big dumpster. I had everything cleaned up without the usual headache, and I actually caught myself smiling at the empty floor.
Pickup was a pain
I thought using Bagster would be simple until pickup day. I had the bag ready and then suddenly there was some issue with the rules that I swear were not obvious before. I ended up standing outside checking my phone and contacting support just to figure out what they wanted. They did help, but I wouldn’t use it again unless I had no other option
Perfect for my weekend cleanup
I grabbed a Bagster for a little DIY mess that had slowly taken over my garage, and I was surprised how easy it was. I kept tossing stuff in like, “oh wow, this is actually working,” and by the end I could see my floor again. Way better than paying for a huge dumpster I didn’t need.
Pickup fee caught me off guard
I was feeling good when I ordered the bag, like okay, this isn’t a bad deal. Then I got to the pickup part and the fee was way higher than I had in my head. I just kinda stared at the total for a minute like, seriously? Maybe I should’ve dug around more before ordering, but yeah, now I know not to assume the first price is the real price...
Glad I used it for a small cleanup
I grabbed a Bagster for a little garage cleanout, and when I tied it up at the end I was like, yep, this was the right call. It filled up faster than I expected though, so I wouldn’t use it for a real renovation or anything big. For my small mess, it worked out and I was happy not having a huge dumpster sitting there...
Pretty easy once I checked
I wasn’t sure if setting up the pickup was gonna be a hassle, but I typed in my address on bagster and it just kind of made sense from there. Took a few minutes, and I remember thinking, okay good, I picked the right way to do this...
Worked fine, but I’d read the fine print
I used Bagster when I was clearing out some junk from the garage. It did the job, and pickup was fine, but I remember standing there with the bag half full thinking, “Okay, should’ve checked the fees and where this thing was allowed to sit first.” Nothing really went wrong, I just wasn’t exactly thrilled by the end. It was useful, just not as simple-feeling as I expected...
Still kinda smiling about how easy it was
My pickup with Bagster was so smooth. I kept checking the window thinking it’d be a whole thing, but they showed up quicker than I expected and just handled it. Later I caught myself telling my husband, like, wow that was actually easy.
Way better than a dumpster
When the Bagster was sitting in my driveway, I kept thinking, yep, this was the right call. It didn’t look awful like those huge metal dumpsters, and it fit the space without taking over the whole driveway. Pickup took a bit longer than I wanted, so I was hovering around annoyed, but I was still glad I used it.
So easy I kind of wanted another one
I picked up a Bagster at Home Depot and tossed it right in my car like it was nothing. I did stand there for a minute at home trying to figure out if pickup was before or after filling it, but once I started loading it up, I was like… okay, where has this been? Way less hassle than dealing with a whole dumpster.
Made cleanup way easier
After our bathroom remodel, I had a pile of old tile and fixtures sitting there staring at me. I ordered the Bagster ahead of time, filled it up over the weekend, and I kept thinking, “ok this was a smart move.” It wasn’t huge, but it fit what I needed and saved me from making a bunch of annoying dump runs
Pickup fee was way too high
Ouch. When I put in my ZIP code the pickup fee jumped way higher than I expected. I messaged support thinking maybe I was missing something, but they basically just repeated the price back to me. I sat there staring at it like, seriously? For that much I could’ve probably just rented a local dumpster and been done with it.
Wish the real cost was clearer
I ordered from thebagster.com maybe last month, I don’t even remember exactly, but I remember sitting there staring at the total later like, wait… what? I thought the bag itself was basically the main cost, then realized there was more to it after already going along with it. I kept rereading the page because I felt like I had missed something obvious. I just wish they showed the full price upfront so it didn’t feel like a surprise bill.
Didn’t expect to like it this much
I grabbed a Bagster bag for some cleanup stuff and kind of doubted it when I first unfolded it. Then I started tossing in heavy debris and kept waiting for it to feel sketchy, but it just… didn’t. I even caught myself telling my brother, “okay wait, this thing is actually solid.” I didn’t overfill it, but for not needing a whole dumpster, this might be my go-to now.
Way less stressful than a dumpster
I filled my Bagster a little at a time over a few days, which made the whole cleanup feel doable. I kept checking the pile like, okay, I’ve got this, no rush. So much easier than having a huge dumpster sitting there and feeling like the clock was ticking.
Pickup never happened
I put the Bagster out and waited for the pickup, but they still couldn’t take it. Then I see an extra fee added on anyway. I just stared at the charge for a minute like, seriously? One little issue turned into me paying more for nothing.
Placement rules made it stressful
I had the whole cleanup planned, then I realized The Bagster has all these placement rules I somehow missed. My driveway is narrow, so I was standing out there with my phone, measuring and second-guessing every spot like, great, did I just mess this up already? I had to contact support just to make sure they’d actually pick it up. Felt like that should’ve been way clearer before I got into it.
Random junk showed up in my Bagster
I put my Bagster out like the instructions said, and then I kept checking it like every hour because random people started tossing their junk in there. Not really Bagster’s fault, I know, but it had me stressing over whether they’d still pick it up or charge me extra. Made the whole thing way more annoying than I expected
Read the rules before you start filling it
I thought the Bagster was just a big cleanup bag where I could throw everything in and be done. I had already started hauling stuff out before I noticed all the weight limits and material rules. Had to pull a few things back out, which was annoying and on me for not checking first. Just don’t do what I did — read the fine print before you start.
Placement was a little more stressful than I thought
I figured putting the Bagster out would be easy, like just drop it in the driveway and done. Then I stood there staring at the space, coffee in hand, realizing it had to be close enough for the truck to grab. Not a huge deal, but I definitely paused longer than expected trying to guess the right spot...
